Balacent, LLP was founded in 2014 by Marie Kerckhoffs, CPA and Charane Kummelehne because we wanted to help small business owners flourish.  Our business model is based on providing a friendly experience for our clients.  We know that in order to improve the familiarity of accounting statements and complex tax matters, clients want to be able to speak to knowledgeable and approachable accountants.  Since 2014 we have been thrilled to watch our clients’ businesses expand.
